Jane Oliver's crew ensure you get a decent, simple investigation. You can have it performed on an incident and you can have it performed on the system that caused the problem. From a Continuous Improvement perspective, we look at how the system and its processes need improvement. We move away from blaming and shaming individuals or groups of disaffected staff.
This service aims to support organisations by:

Investigating upsets that have escalated to a grievance to include complaints or abuse allegations

Resolving conflict or coordinating the mediation or counselling (or other method) of a grievance in a professional and timely manner and with sensitivity to all parties.

Writing recommendations on disciplinary procedures in line with organisational and industrial relations requirements.

Determining the key issues surrounding any grievance, allegation or conflict and make recommendations on policy, procedural or workplace changes required for a workable resolution.

Ensuring procedural fairness in any investigation and that resolutions or recommended changes are agreeable to by all parties
- Building a resilient complaints management system that matures into a Continuous Improvement program or "feedback system".
