Management Consulting to assist organisations.

We have provided services to business - particularly small and medium business - since 1998 in the Northern Rivers, Gold Coast, Sydney and Brisbane districts. Jane Oliver (with Astra Jerebine, Cath Hillard, Anne Elterman, Greg Hallett, Brien Daniel and Lynton Burger) has consulted to more than 400 small businesses and NGOs in private and group consultancy sessions.

She worked in Sydney between 1983 and 1995 as an administrator, training manager at AppleCentre Sydney (Apple Australia's premier locations) and as a management consultant. She heads a small team of specialists who provide a range of skills. Jane was acknowledged by the Dept of Education & Training (DETYA) as one of its highest ranking facilitators in working with businesses in planning and internet strategies. Jane works 50% with the NGO sector and 50% with business & government. Additionally Footprint Directions was the partnership that brokered the establishment of the Australian Soil Additives & Products (ASAP) company in 2005. Two partners formed the company with another director. Jane is experienced in small scale corporate responsibilities.

Our fees start at $880 per day for small charitable institutions arranging management restructuring over several months, through to one-off team development days (eg. Myers Briggs accredited training) for $2,100. Specialist OH&S services or implementation projects can be undertaken (with Anne Elterman our OH&S advisor) ,or Cath Hillard in Aboriginal social policy development, Brien Daniel in specialist training services, Astra Jerebine in administration & education etc..
